Transformation Program

What is our Transformation Program

The Megadeals discipline is a transformative approach to sales & marketing in orchestrating large complex deals. We up-skill your sales and marketing teams in the Megadeals discipline. Integrating your sales & marketing around Megadeals 5 cornerstones to develop your teams deal orchestration skills.

Its a 12-16 week program with 8 workshops (digital or F2F) each one 3 hours long with 2 weeks in-between each one. We teach the megadeals discipline and give participants on-the-job activities in the workshops and in-between each of the 8 sessions where they apply what we teach on their deals. When they come back into the session they present and we coach them. By repeating over and over throughout the program your team begins developing the megadeals discipline competencies forming new habits in the subconscious. At the end fo the program the teams prepare a deal plan for a specific deal.
